What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Our standard method of shipping is Priority Mail with USPS Parcel (2-3 days). This method is based on the shipping cost paid. If the shipping cost paid is less than the delivery fee for Priority Mail, the order will go out with standard delivery (3-5 days).
What are your shipping and return policies?
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help! All purchases may be returned within 14 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with. Please see below for exceptions & rules: Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria: Intimates, Jewelry, and all other items under “Accessories” Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally but additional Shipping Costs will apply. Taxes and Duties are paid by the customer via separate invoice. Email: email@example.com to place an order.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Do you accept international credit cards?
International credit cards are not accepted, we will accept PayPal transactions and Apple Pay for international orders.
Shipping & Returns
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
Returns not accepted after 14 days. We ask that if you wish to return an item purchased that you return the item using the same packaging that it was delivered with. All returns are subject to evaluation by Sincerely Trish Boutique staff. When mailing a return: Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse! Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned order/item. After evaluation and as long as within the 14 day return period, a refund will be issued within 24 hours of the processing timeframe.
